1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay for the item in full at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided, but delays may occur. We are committed to keeping you informed and will provide updates on shipping timelines as soon as we have them. 

  • Pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Please do not place a pre-order if you are not willing to wait for the item to be produced and shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States and to select countries internationally. If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. STUDIO JUNG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local government.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Return Policy applies for defective items only. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, personal preference, or pre-orders.

5. Intellectual Property
