Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items with a manufacturing defect. This includes issues such as stitching errors, broken zippers, or fabric tears that occurred before delivery. Please note that natural variations in fabric or slight differences in color are not considered defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Because each piece is produced in limited quantities, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for fit or sizing. To help you find the best fit, we strongly encourage you to check our Size Guide and reach out with any sizing questions before placing your order—our team is happy to help.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return for a Defective Item

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email hello@studiojung.com with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Include a clear description of the defect along with photos or a short video.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.
